Kerala Forest Ministers failed to declare a wildlife sanctuary in kasaragod District

It is well known that wild animal are daily hunted in the reserved forests of kasaragod district. Reserved forests of panathady and adjoining forests are immedatly decalred as Ranipuram Wildlife sanctaury for permanet poaching/hunting solution. Our Ruling and Previous Minister failed to do so. It is also noted that wild animals such as pigs, squirrels, civets are killed for performing communty rituals such as ' vayanattu Kulavan Theyyam'. District forest department not taken any strict action against the culprit.
Encroachers write to DFO for NOC in forest land.
Meanwhile heavy encroachment of forest land by migrants and locals in and around Panathady panchayath, Balanthod, Vannarkkayam, ottamala and near kottanchery reported. Now they written for NOC to DFO Kannur for forest land to make 'cultivate' land.
